1. Guest vehicles over 20' long (including trailers, RVs and moving trucks etc.) cannot be accommodated on the property.
2. Standard rooms are approximately 360 square feet and can accommodate a maximum of four guests utilizing existing bedding.
3. Deluxe Rooms are larger by 40 square feet and can accommodate a maximum of five guests with the addition of a rollaway bed (extra charge).
4. Specially equipped rooms are available upon request, and feature
   either two queen or one king bed.
5. Check in guaranteed after 3:00 p.m. Check out time is 11:00 a.m.
6. Complimentary Luggage storage is available thru our Front Desk.
7. Depending upon season and availability:
   
   Standard Room Rates range from $99 - 139.00
   Deluxe Room Rates range from $109 - 149.00
   Premium Room Rates range from $139 - 189.00

• Cancellation must be done 48 hours prior to arrival. Guests not canceling within this time period or failing to arrive at the Motel on the specified date will be subject to one night's room and tax charge.
