Raging Waters in California

Raging Waters in California

The wait is finally over.  After 5 years, Raging Waters Anaheim is proud to announce the opening of a new slide... Dragon's Den, opening May 17, 2003.  Dragon's Den is the latest addition to the park since Barracuda Blaster in 1998.  Dragon's Den is the breathtaking answer to those on a quest for maximum thrills and will be the first of its kind on the West Coast.

The Raging Waters Anaheim two-person bowl slide from Pro-Slide is the newest wave in slide design and technology. Guests jump into a two-person inner tube, shoot down a 45 foot drop through a fully enclosed flume, spin around a 35 foot bowl, all while a 9 foot mist-breathing dragon watches closely from above as riders slide their way to the safety of the pool below.  Dragon's Den is unlike any other slide at Raging Waters in California and is sure to quench any thrill seekers desire.

Raging Waters in California also offers something for everyone, including a 350,000-gallon wave pool; White Lightening and Blue Thunder Speed Slides, the high intensity 6-foot drop of Shotgun Falls, Wacky Water Works, an interactive water playground for the little ones, and the Lazy River for those that just want to relax. With more than 23-acres of attractions, every family member will be eager for more of the Bay Area's Largest Waterpark.

Raging Waters Anaheim opens its gates on Saturday, May 17 for weekend operation through September 21 and daily operation June 13 through August 22, including Memorial Day and Labor Day, operating hours vary.

Raging Waters in California is located at the intersection of Tully Road and Capitol Expressway on the beautiful grounds of Lake Cunningham Regional Park.
